This listing is for a NON-EDITABLE / PRINTABLE DIGITAL FILE available in 2 sizes:
- 16 x 20 - fits up to 100 guests
- 24 x 36 - fits up to 200 guests
**PLEASE NOTE** This file is not a template design for you to fill in your own information. You supply us with your seating information and we will set up everything for you! Your finished digital file will be ready to supply to your printer.
If you have more than 200 guests, please order 2 charts. You may supply us with 2 different photos to use. You can contact us at any time to ask what size would work best for you!
Black and White or Color Photos accepted sized no smaller than 16 x 20 or 24 x 36 inches and with a resolution of 300dpi or more. Please make sure that you have your photographer's permission to reprint your photo. If you are unsure of the photo quality, please contact us and include your photo as an attachment. We will let you know if there are any issues. We cannot accept photos less than 7000 pixels.
For alternate fonts, copy ink colors or set up modifications, please contact us with any requests. We can match 75% of wedding invitation fonts. We recommend darker ink colors such as Navy, Mocha and Black for our Photo Seating Chart Inserts.
PURCHASING A DIGITAL FILE WEDDING SEATING CHART:
We will email you a high resolution finished file upon proof approval in a PDF and JPEG file format for you to take to your local printer (Staples and Kinko’s Fed Ex provide large format printing services). Please check with your local printer for their file requirements BEFORE placing your order in case we need to send it to you in an alternate file format.
Our current turn around time for DIGITAL FILE (DIY PRINTABLE) seating charts is 3-5 business days for PDF proofs. Once proofs have been approved our production time to send you the finished digital file is 2-3 business days.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select your Size and Quantity from the drop down boxes, add to cart and complete the checkout process. We recommend ordering this item once you have your photo(s) selected and your responses returned by your guests (7-10 business days is before your event date is normal unless your print shop needs the file sooner).
2. Once your order is received, we will email you both a Word and Excel Template. Use whichever one is easier for you and send back to us to our email along with your photo(s). Please see our Photo Specifications Above.
3. You will receive a Proof of your insert to look over carefully and make and changes or corrections.
4. Once approved, we will send your high resolution digital files by email or send you a link to download your files from Dropbox.com.

Our seating chart turned out AMAZING!! Tahtianna was amazing to deal with. We ordered very last minute and Tahtianna turned it around so quickly. Couldn't have been happier.

Our seating chart was gorgeous!! She was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Quick turnaround with PDF and jpeg options provided. We had it printed at our local Staples store. Thank you!!
